Latest Info about Recruiting in LFA(Singapore)

There are two recruiters on Thursday Interview.
One Animator=>Rob Coleman and one lady
And I think Rob Coleman will not show up for Saturday's interview and it will
change to Christian Kubsch who is the head of Singapore LFA.

one new info is that
they are not "not looking for animators"
they are focused looking for lighters and stuff but they are always looking for animators

And all the process is very normal like
watching your demo first, Maybe look at your 2d portfolio, then they ask questions, and they ask you if you have any questions,they all asked like how you achieve to make your reel done,something like that,they didn't ask anything like salary or how you think of their work.

And the results will be informed in three weeks.

That's all I heard from our class's animator's experience today,and he said it was very fast.
